Independence Day Mojito |

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. K5 Premium Spirit Whisky
• 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
• 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar or Simple Syrup
• 8 Mint Leaves
• 3 Watermelon Cubes (1 1/2 inch)
• 6 Raspberries
• Crushed Ice
• Soda Water |

Directions:
Muddle the mint leaves, raspberries and watermelon in a cocktail shaker.
The mint leaves should be muddled enough to release their oils, but not enough so that
they are shredded.
Add the crushed ice, lime juice, K5 and sugar (or syrup).
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a Highball or Collins glass filled with ice.
Top it up with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
